When should I book my cake?
As soon as you have these preliminary details finalized:
- Date and venue of your event/occasion
- Total number of guests to cater for
- Your catering/theme requirements i.e. cake, cupcakes, desserts etc…
- Order at least 4 weeks in advance of your required delivery date

What are your Hours of Operation?
Mon – Fri [ 9am – 4pm ]

Delivery/collection times are made by specific arrangement.

How much should I expect to pay?
Because each custom creation is different, it is not possible to give an exact price without knowing all the details. Send us your requirements and we’ll do our best to meet your budgetary needs [ contact us ]
How can I pay for my cake?
We accept cash and electronic payments. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due on completion.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver mainly in the Gauteng area, but arrangements can be made for other areas. A delivery fee is applicable and will be quoted based on your requirements. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect.
Do you rent cake stands?
Yes, we do! We rent a variety of cake and cupcake stands should you require them. Please contact us for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of order placement and the balance is due in full upon collection/delivery.
If a cancellation is received, the aforementioned deposit will not be refundable.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to collection/delivery, the balance is due in full. Furthermore, the client will be held responsible for the value of any other related expenses that exceed the 50% deposit at the time of the change/cancellation request (e.g. special items procured).
All requests for change or cancellation must be made in writing to email@example.com. Should you not receive a reply within 24 hours confirming the acknowledgement of your changes or cancellation, please follow up with us to ensure we have received your request.
